Love Beyond Expectations

I trust you, your words, your actions,
No suspicion ever gets an access into my mind,
Because I know, whatsoever you say are true, do is honesty,
You are beyond doubt a beautiful soul and a matchless personality.

I am well above anger for anything you utter or execute,
For any deliberate or involuntary negligence of me or my emotions,
At the same time I ignore your anger, harsh words and teasing,
Because I know your great heart and the depth of love for me in it.

You are no outsider, a habitant of my soul, my heart,
Hence I get glad and excited on your grin, growth, glow and glamour,
Not to think about jealousy in me for any  thing relating to you,
Rather I always dream you flying high up in the sky of success and fame.

My attitude, behavior, words, expectations and prayer,
Will never go beyond your line of happiness, wishes and emotions,
Thousand times you hurt me, my tongue or I would never be,
Armed with anything that would hurt you physically or emotionally.

No demand from you no complaints against you now or then,
Neither I feel disturbed by you nor I wish to disturb you any day,
Because I love you Mithri and you too no less in the race,

The Struggle

Ahmed wants to wage another freedom struggle,
But there is no need of demonstration, placards or posters for it,
Moreover swords, guns, bombs, sticks are of no use here,
Also we do not need a leader or a messiah to motivate and mobilize people,
As it is not a fight against any invader or ruler or administration,
It is a revolution to change our thought process and adjudicate things unbiased.
 Ahmed does not wish a domestic uproar, rather want a mental uplift.
Of our attitude, approach towards issues of social, humanitarian and global concern.

Affection for younger ones, sympathy for handicapped persons,
Respect for elderly persons and women are our age old culture.


Let us not elect representatives because of their caste, region or religion,
Or religious bend nor blindly follow them because of some prejudiced reasons.
Let us judge them of their deeds, policy and their social life, 
And not for their eloquence, history or  family background.  
Let us opt out issues of smaller interest of our region,
For the larger ones, the more significant and those of national concern.
Let us not give or take kickbacks or bribe for any reason,
Or encourage and entertain nepotism or discrimination.
Let us  prefer relations, emotions,character, conduct over money,
As wealth may look lucrative but might end up with solitude and agony.


Demanding and taking dowry or honor killing of the woman,
Is by no means a civilized or humanitarian conduct.
Female feticide is nothing different from murder, 
As a female child deserves to be respected as a future mother.
It is brutality and inhuman to commit honor killings,
Of those are ours and need our love and selfless consideration.
Cleanliness, taking care of our environment is essential for our health,
A great heart and a sincere effort can make a heaven, our home this earth.


We need to be men of virtue and conscience,
After all we claimed ourselves to be developed and civilized !!
